What happens if I cancel?
The site comes down. It's a subscription rather than a purchase, which is exactly why there's no big bill at the start. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee. If you've been with me a good while and want to stop, talk to me first — I'll usually hand the files over rather than pull it down.
Do I own the website?
The domain is yours, registered in your name, and your photos, wording and customer details stay yours. The built site runs on your monthly plan while you're subscribed.
How fast does it go live?
Days, not months. Most sites are live within a couple of days of signing up, because it's already built by the time you see it on the call.
What if I already have a website?
If it isn't bringing you work, I'll build one that does and move you across. If yours is already doing its job, I'll tell you that on the call and leave you to it.
Do I have to pay to see it first?
No. I build the site for your business before we speak, then share my screen and walk you round it. You only pay if you want to keep it.
I'm not good with computers. Is that a problem?
Doesn't matter. You don't write a word, upload anything or log into anything. Send me a few photos and your details and I do the rest. Want something changed later? Text me.
